About

A.J. Mars, a former writer of over one hundred stories for film & TV, has now devoted his life to teaching others how to live & love better.

His mastery comes from being a lifelong learner—studying depth psychology at Pacific Graduate Institute, timeless wisdom with Olympic medalist Peter Maxwell Evans, breathwork with Jon Paul Crimi, sound healing with Ana Netanel and now embodiment & intimacy with John Wineland.

A.J. is committed to helping everyone he teaches reclaim the power of their own spirit.

Teachers

John Wineland

John Wineland is one of the world’s leading experts on embodiment & intimacy.

A.J. would like to thank John for inspiring him to be a better man, a more loving partner & a deeper leader.

A.J. not only trained under John, but assisted and taught in his Teacher Training, Depth Council & Embodied Men’s Leadership Training.

Ana Netanel

Ana Netanel is a renowned sound healer and Kundalini Yoga teacher.

A.J. is lucky to have had such a light as Ana in his life to model what it truly means to be heart-centered teacher.

A.J. has trained under Ana and assisted at her popular LA sound baths.

Jon Paul Crimi

Jon Paul Crimi is a dynamic Breathwork facilitator known for his hilarious yet heart-opening classes.

A.J. credits Jon Paul for helping him breakthrough immense pain to now live a life full of purpose.

A.J. both trained and assisted at Jon Paul’s classes, retreats & Teacher Training.

Peter Evans

Peter Evans is a powerful healer and master of mysticism.

A.J. is forever grateful to Peter for igniting the spark on his journey of awakening.

Every year, A.J. goes on a magical, mysterious adventure up North to be reminded again and again why we are all truly here: To love fully and with all of our heart.

Influences

Alan Watts

A.J. reads or listens to Out of Your Mind at least once a year. Watts’ witty philosophy is always the best reminder to stay at play in this great game of life.

Osho is another master A.J. recommends if you’re looking for gurus who don’t take life too seriously. A.J.’s personal favorite Osho discourse is I Am the Gate.

Carl Jung

A.J. believes we can only go as high as we are willing to go deep, and no one quite understands the mysteries of our depths as Carl Gustav Jung. A.J. recommends beginning with Jung’s book Man and His Symbols.

For a more mythic approach to depth, A.J. is in awe of the work of Joseph Campbell, especially The Hero with a Thousand Faces.

Byron Katie

Whenever A.J. needs to question a negative narrative or story, he picks up Byron Katie’s book or audiobook Loving What Is. Katie’s mind is as open as her heart.

A.J. is also inspired by the way Tony Robbins works with people to question their beliefs and find new meaning from tragedy in order to take action and make a bigger, more positive impact on the world.

Ram Dass

Since A.J. discovered Ram Dass’ seminal classic Be Here Now, he has valued staying present, or being in the moment, above all else.

A.J. also recommends The Power of Now by Eckart Tolle for anyone else that can’t get enough of the now.

"AJ is a true and pure facilitator. His palpable presence can transform a whole room. Make sure you're in that room."

Let's do the work together.
